Meetings & Events

We meet on the second Monday of most months at airports around central Indiana. Guests are welcome. You don’t need to tell us you’re coming, though it helps with the count if you do.

What a meeting is actually like

Most meetings run about two hours. There’s usually a speaker or a tour, a bit of chapter business, and a lot of hangar talk afterward. Some of us fly in; plenty of us drive. You don’t need to know anyone, you don’t need to bring anything, and nobody will ask you to join on the spot.

Flying in

Most of our meeting airports have transient parking within walking distance. If you’re not sure, or you’re running late, call whoever is listed for that meeting and we’ll sort it out. We’ve all been the new person circling an unfamiliar field.
